I just found this on Get Satisfaction regarding BannerSnack and I’d like to say a big thank you. We’re happy to read messages like this, it’s a great reward for our work.
Good news! On Friday we added dozens of beautiful fonts for you to use when you create new banner ads. Log in to BannerSnack and start using them!
In the same day, we re-introduced the old (but improved) banner templates along with hundreds of brand new ones. You can get inspiration or start creating amazing banners from these templates, just change you logo or the images with your personal ones.
We are having a BannerSnack giveaway over at SpyreStudios, an online magazine for designers and developers. What do you have to do? “Simply give your opinion (regarding flash banners, like them or not? ) and you will be entered to win one of 3 one-year licenses to BannerSnack. Winners will be chosen randomly using random.org.” Easy right?
You should go comment till July 7th, midnight. Wish you luck!!!
PS: tell your design and development friends about the contest.
Since we launched the last version of BannerSnack, banner templates were removed because they didn’t work properly with this version. But we know that templates are very important to you because:
with very little effort you can have a professional banner ad. Just need to put your company name or logo and perhaps change the message a little or put your photos instead of the default.
they are a great inspiration source. Starting from the templates that we’ve made for you, you can create a very different banner, by easily editing the template’s contents and parameters. It’s always harder to start from zero…
Knowing that banner templates can be a big help for you, we are working to make new ones. Like with the templates made for the previous version, the new ones are also organized by industry (Auto, B2B, Consumer Goods, Education, Food, Travel and many many more).
We also made interactive banner ads that will help you draw more attention and engage with your audience in a new and interesting way. In this type of banners, you can add interactive buttons and multiple links, allowing you to create banners that are much more flexible, interactive and fun.
Before I end this exciting announcement, let me share with you an interactive banner template, from the Customer Goods category. If you want to see more interactive ads made with BannerSnack, click here.
So in just a few weeks you’ll have dozens of new banner templates that you can customize and use to promote your business.
Hi there, how are you? It’s Mother’s Day this weekend and we’ve created four gorgeous eCards with lovely messages. Below I published one of them, to see them all click here.
If you want to personalize the one that you like, follow these instructions:
1. Open the BannerSnack banner maker and log in or sign up.
2. On the “Templates” tab search for the term “mother”.
3. Choose one of the cards and hit “Edit” to customize.
4. When you’re done, hit “Publish” to get a permanent link that you can send to your mom.
You can also send it as it is or publish the eCard on your blog.
It’s known that WordPress won’t allow users to post flash content on their platform, unless they host their blogs elsewhere. However, there are a few exceptions; WordPress allows you to post *some* flash content, things like YouTube or DailyMotion videos.
What I’ve discovered is that WordPress allows you to post many other kinds of flash content on your blog.wordpress.com blog, including SnackTools widgets like banners and music playlists. You only need Gigya.
Dear web designers, we made something for you … a 10 question quiz to test how great you are at using the magic tool called Photoshop.
Besides the fact that your friends will see how great a photoshopper you are (which is good for your ego), you’ll receive a BannerSnack license, depending on how many questions you answer correctly. Answer 5 questions and we will send you an 5 months license to make lots of banner ads for your website and your nice customers, answer 8 and we will send you 8, etc.
PS: We already know you’re great, but it’s fun to take interesting tests and win something that can extend your skills, right?
