Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies/deliverables (such as flash swf banners downloaded from bannersnack.com). Therefore, SnackTools does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. No refunds will be given, except in the company's sole and absolute discretion.
